Webinar Follow-Up
Turn webinar registrants into conversations
Raised by customers on 250+ calls in the past year
Splits webinar registrants into attended and missed, and drafts a follow-up for each group that references what was covered.
What it does
- Splits registrants into attended and missed
- Keeps the ICP matches and drops the rest
- Drafts a follow-up for attendees with one idea from the session
- Drafts the recording follow-up for no-shows and stops for your approval
You give it
- The registrant and attendee lists
- The webinar topic and recording link
You get
- Registrants split by attendance and ICP fit
- A draft campaign for attendees
- A draft campaign for no-shows
Why it works
A registrant already chose your topic. Following up while it is fresh, with what they actually saw, turns an audience into a pipeline.

# Webinar Follow-Up
Registrants raised a hand. Most never hear from you again. This play fixes that.
## How it runs
1. **Split registrants** into attended and missed
2. **Keep ICP matches** and drop the rest
3. **Draft for attendees** - one idea from the session and a next step
4. **Draft for no-shows** - the recording and one reason to watch
5. **Stop for approval** on both
## Rules
- Never claim someone asked a question they did not ask
- Never launch. The play ends at a draft.
- Attendees and no-shows get different messages
- The attendee note quotes one real idea from the session
- Non-ICP registrants are left out, not mass-mailed
